We ship Monday thru Wednesday orders placed by noon! We don't ship after Wednesday to ensure your waxworms don't sit in the post office all weekend... We ship using USPS Priority Mail (2-3 day delivery). We also offer GSO (Golden State Overnight) for the states of California, Arizona, New Mexico, Nevada, Oregon, Washington and Idaho. We base the S&H on the amount you order and where you are, so you aren't paying the same shipping for 250 waxworms going to Arizona as someone ordering 1,000 to New York! When placing or inquiring about an order, simply provide your zip code where we will be sending your waxworms and an amount you want to order. We will give you a shipping quote and send you a payment request thru PayPal. We will send out your order as soon as the payment is received!
